Cumbria Youth Alliance is interested in hearing from anybody planning to take a gap year and who would like to take on a paid challenge as the Project Assistant developing and delivering peer education and peer research. The project will work across the coastal communities in Cumbria from Silloth to Barrow in Furness. We will provide you with training and you will be accredited as a peer educator and peer researcher -focussing on how to improve the emotional resilience of young people here in Cumbria. The project will focus on engaging and supporting young people in the age range 14-24 across Allerdale, Copeland and Barrow in Furness.
