Shannon Nesbitt

Shannon is the Business Engagement Officer for Cumbria Youth Alliance. In this role Shannon builds and maintains positive relationships with businesses and organisations around Cumbria to both benefit CYA and the young people we work with. Shannon works across the Youth Promise and Youth Ambition strands supporting project delivery within these areas. This can include securing work experience and job opportunities for young people and supporting the Call to Social Action project. Part of Shannon’s role has also been creating opportunities in schools for young people to engage with employers 1:1 to be able to access and understand the opportunities available to them and raise their aspirations.
