This project is a tailored a three-week course for Year 7 students, aiming to empower them with essential knowledge and tools for prioritising health and well-being. This three-week project is designed to be engaging, educational, and fun, providing a holistic approach to personal development.
In the first 2 sessions we will guide the students to fill in their Journal to Live Well.
The third week features a fun bouncing session with WOW. This interactive and enjoyable experience combines physical activity with wellness education, promoting the idea that a healthy lifestyle can be both beneficial and enjoyable.
