Youth Ambition is a delivery strand offered by Cumbria Youth Alliance to 15-24-year olds to overcome barriers to employment by holding interventions, appointments, activities and tailored action plans.
What is Youth Ambition?
Youth Ambition is a delivery strand offered by Cumbria Youth Alliance to 15-24-year olds to overcome barriers to employment by holding interventions, appointments, activities and tailored action plans. The portfolio of projects available through the Youth Ambition strand is informed by the needs of young people here in Cumbria and by supporting, engaging, and working in partnership with other third sector organisations and businesses.
Through tailored action plans for each individual, we aim to;

- Support employers to recruit and embed new staff
- Support Health and Wellbeing
- Improve Independent living skills
- Improve employability and education

- Ensure accurate signposting to suitable organisations
