Grants and Programmes Manager
Juan is the Infrastructure Lead at CYA and he works with member groups and the youth sector countywide to support them with improving governance, fundraising, policies and procedures, quality, recruitment of volunteers and making sure they get any training needs addressed. Juan also manage the Dreamscheme Social Action Project and Disability Projects.
