Leonie has worked as a Teaching Assistant and has over six years’ experience in administration. Leonie has always tailored her career around working with children and young people from wide-ranging backgrounds and her passion is that everyone has a chance to reach their full potential and develop the skills necessary to learn, grow and function happily in society.
Leonie started her journey at Cumbria Youth Alliance in April 2022. Before working at CYA, Leonie lived in London and gained experience working for an organisation that ran schools and services for children and young adults with autism. At CYA, Leonie provides a range of infrastructure services and administration support to the team and wider charity to ensure the smooth running of the charities day to day activities – including finance, information and communications, governance, compliance, facilities and office services, health and safety, and human resources.
