At Cumbria Youth Alliance, we work with and for young people to help them reach their full potential. We are recruiting Project Delivery Workers to join our team and support the delivery of Breaking Barriers, Growing Horizons and Bridging Horizons across Cumbria.
You will deliver engaging activities in schools and community settings, provide group and one-to-one support, and help young people build confidence, overcome barriers and progress into education, employment or training. You will also work with schools, employers, colleges and partner organisations to create practical learning experiences and opportunities for young people.
We are looking for people with experience of supporting and engaging young people, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently across different locations. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
The roles are full-time at 37 hours per week, with a salary of £27,295 per annum. They are offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the possibility of extension subject to continued funding. The office base is Workington, with travel across Cumbria and optional hybrid working.
