At Cumbria Youth Alliance, we work with and for young people to help them reach their full potential. We're looking for a Project Delivery Worker – Care Experience to support care-experienced young people across Carlisle and West Cumbria through one-to-one support, group work, school-based delivery and employability activities. You'll work closely with schools, Personal Advisors and partner organisations to help young people overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
Due to the geographical nature of programme delivery, the role requires extensive travel throughout Cumbria, a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to drive CYA minibuses to support programme delivery, activities and events.
